Stayed for work event. Staff welcoming and professional and friendly. Good gym. Food is amazing. Ester who works the omelette station is a star. The chef is friendly and talented. All restaurants staff is friendly and kind. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Durham area. Near the rdu airport.

I was there for a small conference that took place at the hotel. Easy to get to, excellent interactions with staff, great guest rooms and meeting rooms.

Very nice hotel with actually a very decent restaurant! The Korean bowl was nice. The crème brûlée was great! The dark chocolate dessert was mid (low quality chocolate I reckon) Very spacious, beautiful property. You have to sound the alarm system to get any attention from servers, but otherwise, quite good

This hotel is top tier! The staff are all so incredibly nice and try and accommodate all your needs as best as they can. The layout of the hotel is chic, modern, yet inviting. The room was so spacious as we booked a suite, with all relevant amenities at our fingertips. We were visiting our son at Duke and everywhere we wanted to see on campus was within very easy walking distance.

I have an MRI every six months at Duke brain tumor center and I always eat at this hotel restaurant. The food is great. The atmosphere is very comfortable and the manager Ashley is very sweet and helpful.

Had a wonderful stay here and its the only place we’ll stay when in the area! If your priorities are nature, fitness, functionality, space, cleanliness, and tranquility - among other things - you’ll want to stay here! The gym has everything you need, there is a sauna and outdoor trails nearby, there is a microwave and water dispenser on each floor with different water options, laundry machines, easy and plentiful self parking, etc. Overall, the hotel has many things that accumulate to make the stay super convenient! Highly recommend!!

Our family stayed here during our visit for a tour of Duke University. Every staff member was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable—our children especially loved it. I run The K Beauty Spa in Chicago, and I would love to come back here again with my team in the future.

I had an enjoyable stay at the JB Duke hotel. It is very convenient if you have any business at Duke. The hotel is a short walk to Cameron, Wallace Wade, Fuqua, etc., and the shuttle makes getting around quite easy. The parking garage is a 2 or 3 minute walk from the hotel. The lobby bar and restaurant are quite good. The drink specials were inviting and my post game lunch was excellent. I ordered the potstickers and the portions were large. Breakfast at the marketplace was excellent as well. The fitness center is a decent size, and the hotel is close to many walking trails through Duke Forest.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here for our anniversary! Everyone was super kind and caring and treated us with love. The hotel decor is simply beautiful with windows everywhere sporting beautiful views. The food was yummy. The location was ideal!

JB Duke Hotel is a great place to stay with friendly service and beautiful rooms!! The GM, Don Ball, does whatever it takes to make sure that the customer is happy and satisfied during their visit. It's highly recommend the spot is a great place to stay when at or near Duke University!
